Ashikaga Yoshiteru
Let's take a look on Ashikaga 13th shogunate Ashikaga Yoshiteru. In this story, Yoshiteru is the one who started warring state in Japan. As shogun he was dissapointed his people is lost their fighting spirit. Yoshiteru retaired form his position in requirement every daimyo(leader) who is able to kill him will be the king for Hi-No-Moto. Rather said as unwise emperor he choose to handed the country future with luck. He is an interesting individual quite like Matsunaga Hisahide, and more clever than Mori Motonari. Even he able to tricks Motonari in the first place by toying over him, if Chosokabe Motochika didn't convince him he won't aware of Yoshiteru's tricks. He love to make people battle each other, or even make the forcefully fight. Like what he do to Mogami Yoshiaki, giving him an order to take Oushu which is lead by Date Masamune his own nephew and make them fight.
